Stay Department is a one stop center for Stays.
We are like an office that has different sections and departments and all work together to bring you content, translations, guides, streaming projects and more. Stay Department is not affiliated with JYPE but aims to give you all the content and information about SKZ and for SKZ.
We found it was difficult to find guides and tutorials, where everything could be easy to find and navigate, instead of trying to find information and content from multiple different sources. We also find it hard to find a good blog that can deliver good contents to Stays. When we plan the streaming project, we realize that we need a platform that can only be accessed by stays.
Thus, we came up with an idea to make a platform exclusive only for STAYs.
Stays who gain access to Stay Department will be able to see guides for streaming, voting and other apps; translations, schedule and more. Stays can learn a lot of things at the same time while having fun in the Stay Department. A big part of Stay Department is of course the Streaming Project, lead by our amazing SSP, which is aiming to help Stays stream on Korean Music Platforms and help SKZ chart well in Korea!
Starting with just a team who handle a streaming project, we start recruiting stays who can help us in building the website, designing and translating guides and tutorials for Stays. From less than 20 stays, our family now grows to almost 100 members. There is a lot more that we will plan in the future for Stays. More projects, more contents, all in one place. We will continue to work hard and give our best to Stays so that the Stay Department website can be your hideout and your safe place.
SSP takes over planning, strategies and organizing projects, creating a schedule and timeline, executing each phase and managing the budget for the Stay Department’s project and website.
SVS will handle all voting related tasks. In order to keep everything organised and coordinated between streaming and voting, we put voting in different categories and handle by experience voting project organiser.
Techracha are in charge of building the website. They’re in charge of coding, layout, sites and pages. They make sure everything works and look the way it should.
Questionracha are part of the streaming project, together with SSP. Questionracha help to guide and oversee streamers, are there to answer questions and check stream counts. They are the most knowledgeable when it comes to k-streaming platforms.
Leadracha are the main planners of the website. They lead all other website staff, check all the work and keep the overview of what needs to be done. Basically they plan and coordinate everyone as well as they work in multiple roles.
Blueprintracha work on all the guides and tutorials. All the words, steps, and guidelines are made by Blueprintracha. They do their research, and write the blueprint to everything. Blueprintracha are also in charge of the calendar and To-Do-List on the Website.
Artracha turns Blueprintracha’s text guides into beautiful sliders which are easy to understand and look at. Artracha are responsible for the looks and aesthetics of the guides and the website. They are also in charge of every graphic or design related for every project.
Lingoracha help to make the website international and accessible for as many people as possible! They translate all the guides into 15 different languages in total and give their best to keep all international stays informed and up to date.
